Each client is given a direct personalised number to contact their specialist, as we are aware that prompt action can prevent the escalation of disputes. Whenever required, we will be happy to undertake on-site visits, to guide you through a particularly contentious issue or project.

Contracts of Employment – All Employers are legally obliged, under Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, to issue a statement of employment particulars within two months of the employee’s commencement date. Employment Tribunal Representation – With the current maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal standing at £76,574, or a year’s gross pay if lower, and an uncapped maximum for sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and age discrimination, it is important for employers to be well represented. our specialists have considerable practical experience in dealing with every aspect of an Employment Tribunal case. They are able, on behalf of a client, to lodge an initial response, interact with the claimant’s representative, interact with ACAS, respond to or request an order for production of documents, prepare witnesses, research all relevant case law and legal precedents, and prepare the bundle of documents. On the day of the hearing, the Specialist is able to deal with evidence-in-chief, cross-examination, re-examination, summation including the discussion of relevant case law and legal precedents to defend the client. Each Specialist has access to an extensive reference system detailing all statutes, statutory instruments and case law containing legal precedents, thereby assuring clients of a first-class representation. Our Specialists are also experienced at representing clients at Employment Appeal Tribunals.
Training – Knowledge and skills development is vital to the health of your company. Training is one of the main methods of maintaining and improving intellectual capital, so the quality of an organisation’s training affects its value. There are various methods your business can adopt in the training and development of your employees, depending on your individual needs. They include training courses, on-the-job training, one-to-one coaching sessions, tailored workshops, staff manuals and hand-outs to name but a few. We can tailor all training and development to fit your specific business requirements, ensuring that your employees get exactly what they need and your business benefits as a result.
